October 5th, 2024 – Introduction to the MWBE Certification – Learn what MWBE certification is, the certification application process, who is eligible, tools required for procurement, and how it can grow business.
October 12th – 26th, 2024 – Microsoft Office PowerPoint Training – Master the MS Office suite to build your business computing skills. Learn the ins and outs of using Microsoft PowerPoint. From starting a slide to using animations and media.
October 12th, 2024 – Learn the MWBE Certification Application Process – Walk through the New York State Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise certification application process with an overview of which supporting documents will be needed to complete your new or re-certifying MWBE application.
October 19th, 2024 – Start the MWBE Certification Application (Hands-on) – In this hands-on workshop, create a vendor profile and open a new MWBE certification application on the New York State Contract system.
October 26th, 2024 – Learn the Tools to Network & Secure Procurement Opportunities– MWBE Certified, What Next? Learn the tools used to locate procurement opportunities and network for procurement.
